Wisdom as the Remote Control

As events and situations come and go in our lives it becomes more and more apparent that we do not have control over all that tomorrow holds.  This can be an exceedingly difficult and emotionally taxing thing for us to accept and work through.  The good news is for everything that is beyond our control there is something of greater significance that we can choose to put our energy into; yielding us an improved return of confidence-building and self-mastery.  A primary how to that moves us into this direction is: Practicing mindful ways to look within to understand and manage our thoughts.
