Navigating the challenges when two people build a life together is rarely easy. The science and significance of self and relational development is as needed a skill for a successful partnership as clean oxygen is to our beings. What oxygenates relationships is the willingness to learn mindful and life-giving communication. Without this essential understanding we will struggle to communicate and problem-solve effectively all the while experiencing the disharmony and distress that so often cause toxicity for couples. At A.O.B, the intention is helping couples at any stage of their relationship to create pathways toward greater understanding and connection.

The Family is the Foundation for Success in the World! Everything we create or interact with in life is a concept of the systemic model and function of family. Family dynamics can be complicated by life cycle transitions, blended or disjointed families, trauma, loss, absence, and a multitude of other unique circumstances. A.O.B approaches connection with families as a new member of the family system who is there to listen and work together with them as they navigate both specific challenges and everyday life. We provide families across the lifespan tools to navigate their intertwined relationships and heal the challenges they face.

The benefits of group therapy include, but are not limited to: access to a support network, a sense of belonging, gaining perspective by listening to others, discovering new ways of coping and resolve concerns that otherwise might not have been considered and reduce isolation.
